Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of iVee. By signing in, you agree to them on behalf of your firm. If you do not have authority to bind the firm, do not proceed.

Autonomy tiers

iVee operates at the autonomy tier your firm admin configures: Observe, Suggest, Approve, or Act. Tier 3 (pre-approved action) is disabled during Phase 1. You can downgrade any tier at any time from the firm dashboard; every autonomous action is audit-logged before it executes.

Acceptable use

• Only connect communication channels you are authorised to connect.
• Do not use iVee to surveil individuals outside of legitimate professional engagements.
• Do not attempt to extract stakeholder profiles belonging to other tenants.

Service availability

We target high availability but iVee is not a regulated system of record. Do not rely on it as the sole source of truth for filings, statutory deadlines, or fiduciary decisions. Always verify critical outputs.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for actions you approve based on iVee’s suggestions.

Termination

Either party may terminate on notice. On termination, your firm’s data is exported and then cascade-deleted within thirty days unless a longer retention is required by law.
